Every candle is handcrafted to order. Please allow 2-3 business days for production before your order ships. Shipping times will vary based on your location.

Because every candle is custom-made specifically for you, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or there's an issue with your candle, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Yes! We carefully select high-quality fragrance oils from trusted suppliers. Our fragrance oils are phthalate-free and meet IFRA (International Fragrance Association) safety standards for candle use.
Absolutely! A custom candle makes a thoughtful, one-of-a-kind gift. Simply enter the recipient's shipping information during checkout.
Because every candle is hand-poured and many of our vessels are unique, slight variations may occur. We believe these small differences are part of what makes every Poured & Polished candle special.
To get the most out of your candle, trim your wick to ¼ inch before each burn. Allow the wax to melt to the edges during the first burn and never burn for more than 4 hours at a time. Always follow the safety instructions provided with your candle.
